About the role

We are seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our growing team at EH SUCCESS SOLUTIONS SDN BHD. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising and improving our manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production. This is a full-time position based in Simpang Ampat, Penang.

What you'll be doing

• Designing, developing and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness
• Conducting process capability studies, process validations and process optimisations
• Identifying and resolving manufacturing issues, including process bottlenecks and quality problems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering and quality assurance
• Maintaining documentation, standard operating procedures and process control plans
• Providing technical support and training to production staff
• Analysing data and generating reports to track and monitor process performance

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Process Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of process engineering principles, including process design, optimisation and control
• Proficiency in using process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with process control systems, instrumentation and data analysis software
