Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure project objectives are achieved in accordance with agreed scope, timeframe, budget, quality, and safety standards.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risks to ensure successful completion within time and cost constraints.
* Conduct site valuation and measurement of work done.
* Review work on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
* Attend site inspections, meetings, and prepare detailed progress reports.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and local authorities to manage planning, building, infrastructure, and land-related submissions/approvals.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.
* Maintain open communication with the management team and stakeholders.
* Maintain visual records of site progress and upload updates to relevant communication platforms.
* Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential quality concerns and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, M&E, Quantity Surveying) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in the construction field, with a focus on engineering, buildings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational abilities.
- Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and project timelines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and construction-related tools.
- Willingness to travel to different sites and work on-call, weekends, and holidays when required.
