Full Time LAB ADMIN - LAB TECHNICIAN Jobs, in Powertex Asia Pacific Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality testing for incoming raw materials (e.g., PE liner, PP woven).

• Perform in-process quality tests (e.g., impulse tests, stitching tests).

• Follow laboratory test method SOPs for accurate quality measurement.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety protocols.

• Escalate quality abnormalities for further action.

• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality processes.

• Maintain, calibrate, and ensure quality lab facilities and equipment are fit for use.

• Report any damages or unfit equipment promptly.

• Prepare samples for testing and maintain proper documentation for traceability.

• Update and maintain the Excel database (PE & PP records) daily.

• Print production-related documents and control forms.

• Adhere to 5S principles by cleaning the workplace and maintaining laboratory cleanliness.

• Perform additional assignments related to the role as directed by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SPM

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and escalate issues appropriately.

• Proficient in computer skills, including data entry with high accuracy, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
