We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operation to support our daily online business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, campaigns, and online platforms while ensuring smooth execution across e-commerce channels; Shopee, TikTok, Lazada etc.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SKU)
• Maintain accurate product details, pricing, and promotions across platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
• Assist in setting up campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and flash sales
• Support homepage updates, banners, and promotional content
• Track campaign timelines and ensure smooth execution
• Monitor basic performance metrics (sales, orders, conversion) and prepare simple reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
