Job Scope

• Act as the primary on-site contact on the production floor
• Understand and manage all customer work requests
• Coordinate team activities to meet customer schedules and requirements
• Oversee outsourced operations to ensure compliance with SOW and SLA
• Supervise and direct MT L1/L2 staff; manage contractor performance
• Review and improve operational processes for effectiveness
• Provide daily operational feedback to the Program Manager
• Prepare and maintain shift reports
• Attend operational meetings as required
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, control, 6S standards, and policies
• Conduct on-the-job training to build multi-skilled team capabilities
• Serve as the first point of escalation for quality and performance issues
• Contract role with shift-based working hours
• Work location: Penang

Job Qualifications

Education:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related technical field

Experience:

• Minimum 1+ year of relevant technical experience preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintenance
• Familiarity with technical documentation and procedures
