Full Time QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR-ENGINEERING Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in LW Sys Industries Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• To perform quality inspections in accordance with company quality requirements and inspection plans (IQC,IPQC,OQC)
• Interpret and verify parts against engineering drawings and specifications, including GD&T standards.
• To operate and perform measurements using a range of inspection tools and equipment, including:
• Calipers, micrometers, height gauges
• CMM (Hexagon and Aberlink)
• Optical Measurement Systems (Keyence)
• Scope Machines and other QC instruments
• Conduct daily in-line and final quality checks, ensuring compliance with dimensional, visual, and functional requirements.
• To perform data recording and documentation of inspection results in accordance with ISO or internal quality standards.
• Provide immediate feedback to the superior or relevant departments when issues arise.
• To maintain proper housekeeping of the inspection area and ensure all inspection equipment and gauges are properly maintained and calibrated.
• To keep and maintain quality records for traceability and analysis of quality trends.
• To support internal and external audits by preparing relevant inspection data and documentation.
• To perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or SPM with relevant experience in Quality Control, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in a quality inspection or engineering role within a manufacturing environment
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, including knowledge of GD&T.
• Proficient in operating CMMs (Hexagon, Aberlink) and Optical Measurement Systems (Keyence).
• Experience using QC tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, surface testers and scope machines.
• Familiarity with ISO or other quality management systems
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and quality data entry systems.
• Good attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset for quality improvement
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
