We’re seeking a Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our AI team. If you have a passion for AI model development, deep learning, and real-world impact, this is your chance to work on exciting projects such as:
AI Route Planning Optimization – Enhancing delivery efficiency through intelligent routing algorithms.
AI Agents for Fleet Automation – Developing AI-driven decision-making agents for fleet operations.
Predictive Analytics in Fleet Management – Improving vehicle performance and reducing operational risks through AI-powered forecasting.

What you'll do:
AI Strategy & Research – Team up for AI research and development (R&D) to align with SafeConnect’s business goals.
Solution Integration – Understand challenges in fleet management and integrate AI to optimize operations.
AI Development & Deployment – Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for route optimization, predictive maintenance, and operational intelligence.
Cross-functional collaboration – Work with executive leaders, product teams, and software engineers to develop AI-powered solutions.

Scalability & Performance – Optimize AI models for efficiency, scalability, and real-time decision-making in fleet operations.
Ethical AI & Compliance – Ensure AI models adhere to industry best practices and maintain high ethical standards.
Continuous Improvement – Monitor, retrain, and improve AI models based on real-world fleet data

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
Passion for AI & Machine Learning – Strong understanding of ML/DL algorithms, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong Programming Skills – Proficiency in Python, R, Java, PHP or C++.
Experience with ML Frameworks – Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, MLFlow, AutoML, or TensorRT.
Data & Database Knowledge – Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB), RDBMS
(MySQL/PostgreSQL), and big data processing.
Experience in AI Deployment – Knowledge of cloud AI/ML pipelines, APIs, and scalable AI solutions.
Strong Communication & Collaboration – Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into AI solutions.
