Immediate Vacancy Available For Fatigue Controller

Location : Juru (Auto City) Penang

• Preferably with 1 - 2 years working experience in QSHE Department
• Candidate must possess at least Certificate or Diploma in Transport/Logistic or equivalent
• Computer knowledge - Microsoft Office
• Able to work on rotational shift hours, weekends and public holidays
• Able to work independently with less supervision
• Able to start work immediately will be advantage
• Good communication skills and able to perform ad-hoc tasks
• Good working attitude
• Identifying potential hazards that can contribute to fatigue and assessing the associated risks
• Ensure all drivers/operators adhere to company policies regarding maximum driving hours, rest periods, and mandatory break times
• Compile weekly and monthly reports summarizing fatigue events, training participation, and compliance rates.
• Implementing strategies to mitigate identified fatigue risks, such as rest breaks, improved scheduling, or environmental adjustments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
