The Opportunity

Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in a truly international environment? We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Web Developer who is ready to get their hands dirty with real-world code.

This isn't just "coding"; it’s about understanding a global supply chain and building tools that solve actual problems. You’ll be mentored by our senior team and will have a direct impact on our self-managed procurement software used across our Australian and NZ networks.

Technical Toolkit (What you should know)

We value a strong foundation and a hunger to learn. You should be familiar with:

• Back-End: PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Databases: Proficiency in MySQL and a working knowledge or willingness to learn IBM Informix.
• Version Control: Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Scale: Develop front-end and back-end components for our procurement applications.
• Modern Stack: Write clean, maintainable code using PHP/Laravel.
• Data Management: Manage and optimize data across MySQL and Informix environments.
• Problem Solve: Debug issues and ensure high-performance, user-friendly designs.
• Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Recent graduates (2025/2026) are highly encouraged to apply.
• Evidence: A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing university projects or personal coding work.
• Mindset: Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative "can-do" attitude.
• Location: Ability to work on-site at our Bayan Lepas office.

• Monthly Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 5,000 (Commensurate with technical assessment).
