• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of SMT/PCBA process engineering experience.
• Familiar with SMT, wave soldering, AOI, and PCB manufacturing processes.
• Support the Process Manager and Senior Process Engineer in daily process engineering activities.
• Improve and optimize SMT & PCBA assembly processes for new and existing products.
• Conduct process improvement, line balancing, and new model trial runs.
• Prepare SOPs, process flow charts, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate equipment calibration and support PCB development.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and improve machine capability.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
