Responsibility:

Facility Technician III is responsible for the safety and the efficiency of the maintenance operations at the Park. You have a complete hands-on role in the department and will have an impact on internal and external guest satisfaction with your actions in terms of quality, safety and efficiency. The Facility Technician will support in all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance within the resort. This must be done to the highest standard. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard. You will work closely with the team and support the maintenance activities/initiatives to achieve the department objectives.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Electrical / M&E Facility engineering.
• Minimal experience in facility M&E environment.
• Basic knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing or M&E preventive maintenance program.
• Familiar with Fire Fighting System will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated teamwork spirit.
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written).
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
