The Part-Time DC Assistant will support the T&C team by handling construction documentation. The role focuses on maintaining proper records, preparing documents, and ensuring project documents are organized and submitted on time. 5 days per week, 9 hours per day.
Role & Responsibilities
- Good understanding of document control processes and office administration.
- Maintain and control all Testing & Commissioning (T&C/CX) documents in accordance with project requirements.
- Prepare, register, distribute, track, and update T&C documents, reports, and records.
- Ensure all hardcopy and electronic files are properly maintained, organized, and up to date.
- Coordinate with Commissioning Engineers, Project Team, clients, and subcontractors for document submission and approval.
- Monitor document review status and follow up on outstanding submissions.
- Compile testing records, commissioning reports, and final handover documents.
- Prepare document status reports and maintain document trackers.
- Provide administrative support to the Commissioning Team.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Key Competencies
- Good knowledge of document control principles and revision management.
- Familiarity with Testing & Commissioning documentation and workflows is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, EDMS) is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Can work 5 days per week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,970.00 per month
