Full Time Factory Operator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,800 in Schmaco Auto Parts Industries Selangor - Maukerja

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To ensure all products are moulded according to company’s specifications and work instruction;
• To learn, understand and follow procedure, work instruction and operations of machine;
• To ensure production of goods met daily productivity target;
• To report to superior or line leader on defective products, work done or mould damage;
• To use the correct rubber material and metal parts given for respective products to be moulded;
• To ensure metal parts quantity are not missing through dropping and misplacing during moulding process;
• To perform mould checking after used and inform line leader on any non-conformance identified;
• To operate machine in the correct and safe to avoid accidents and damage to mould;
• To return excess metal parts or component not use to line leader after complete of work;
• To assist in mould installations to machine as required by superior;
• To ensure all WIP slips are intact with each batch of products;
• To ensure proper storage and labelling on WIP products;
• To keep supplied tools and equipment in well maintenance and safe;
• To ensure working area and machine are clean and tidy before leaving work place;
• To adhere to the company’s rules & regulations ad stipulated in the appointment letter;
• To assist and perform any other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
