Job Overview:

To support activities associated with facilities/utilities/plant (inclusive but limited to Electrical Power distribution system/HVAC system/Compressed Dry Air system/Vacuum system/Cold room refrigeration system/Ultrapure Water Treatment system/ Waste Water Treatment system/Passenger & Cargo lift/PABX & PA system/Motors & Pumps/Lighting etc.) repair & maintenance

Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

1. To support facilities, utilities, and repairs in excellence manner in meeting zero interruptions and un-schedule breakdown to production.

2. Implements and monitors preventive maintenance programs/schedules to ensure maximum reliability of equipment; and determines replacement, repair, and maintenance needs.

3. Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work; serves as liaison to operations, identifying and resolving current and potential maintenance issues.

4. Properly maintain and keep organized all files and records associated with facilities maintenance and regulatory compliance.

5. Recommends and revises work procedures to meet service needs.

6. Conducts inspections to ensure that assigned facilities are properly maintained.

7. Maintains complete inventory of requisitioned materials, supplies, and equipment as per operational needs.

8. Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or Technical related field and having minimum 1 year working experience related to facilities maintenance and operation. or Professional Certificate in Engineering with minimum Chargeman-A0 or higher and having minimum 5 years hands on working experience related to facilities maintenance and operation.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
