We are seeking a IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and IT systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
• Support Windows/Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Respond to IT support tickets and incidents in a timely manner
• Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking
• Perform system updates, patches, and basic maintenance tasks
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions

Requirements

• Experience in IT support or helpdesk role (preferred)
• Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Active Directory (advantage)
• Good understanding of hardware and software installation

Pay: RM3,550.62 - RM4,753.52 per month
