Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Test Engineer (Test - Debug) di Iotronix Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

1. Improve test capacity and enhance defect detection efficiency.

2. Troubleshoot, repair, and perform failure analysis on defective products within the production line.

3. Ensure prompt resolution and closure of product defects to maintain smooth production operations.

4. Prepare and submit daily analysis reports to support ongoing yield improvement initiatives.

5. Conduct batch failure investigations and analyze abnormal defects; generate and share detailed reports with relevant stakeholders.

6. Monitor and minimize maintenance material losses while controlling product scrap rates to optimize costs.

7. Perform component-level fault analysis and configure system settings for PCBAs.

8. Drive yield improvement by leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for test failures.

9. Propose product and process improvements and assess the feasibility and effectiveness of solutions.

10. Analyse, track, and summarize test data, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up actions.

11. Provide support for additional tasks and projects as assigned by Management.
    

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or related field).

2. 3–5 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3. Knowledge of PCBA testing, repair processes, and manufacturing environments

4. Hands-on experience in electronics troubleshooting, debugging, and failure analysis.

5. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

6. Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
