Full Time Project Engineer Jobs, in Yap Engineering & Trading Johor - Maukerja

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Preferably Junior Executives with at least 2 year of experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Willingness and ability to travel for outstation assignments and work on construction sites.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with contractors and project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor daily site activities, ensuring work quality meets project specifications while adhering to safety protocols.

• Act as the liaison between contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Assist in preparing tenders, project planning, and management, including defining project objectives, responsibilities, specifications, and schedules.

• Track and report on project progress, identifying any issues or delays and proposing solutions to keep the project on track.

• Enforce site safety procedures, maintain a safe working environment, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Contribute to the coordination of site activities and the resolution of any on-site challenges to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.

• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by senior management.
