Full Time SMT Process Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in BH ELECTRONICS SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize SMT manufacturing processes.
• Drive for product's yield and quality improvement activities.
• Monitor production activities, propose recommendations on material, process and/or labor reductions to promote efficiency of operation.
• Coordinate for new lines set up and process change.
• Responsible for machine utilization and downtime improvement effort.
• Process improvement & line balancing for new and existing products.
• Define, verify, and control critical process parameters such as stencil design, paste selection, and reflow profile optimization.
• Develop processes work instructions, procedures and process control plans for products.
• Key person for product prototype run and drive for improvement before mass production build.
• Evaluate and qualify materials, solder pastes, fluxes, and SMT equipment.
• Maintain & troubleshoot any technical problem in production line.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• In-depth knowledge of SMT process fundamentals: reflow profiling, stencil design, solder paste rheology, and AOI/SPC control.
• Familiar with PCBA process - SMT, Manual Insert, Wave Soldering, Auto Insert & Box Build process.
• Independent, proactive, and responsible in executing engineering tasks with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
