In this strategic role, you will play a vital part in the successful delivery of complex engineering projects by coordinating technical activities and ensuring seamless project execution.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate technical activities and provide support to project teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Liaise with clients, vendors and other stakeholders to gather and disseminate technical information
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports and presentations
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Support the implementation of project control processes and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise project outcomes
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

What we're looking for

• Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical coordination or project support role, preferably in the engineering industry
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies and technical documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proficient in using MS Office suite and project management software
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Adaptable and willing to learn new skills to support evolving project requirements

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
