Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Plastic Engineering / Mechanical / Manufacturing or related field)
• Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience
• Strong experience in Plastic Injection Molding Process
• Experience in Robot Automation system (setup, troubleshooting, PM, spare parts arrangement)
• Knowledge in injection molding machine setup, operation, maintenance and repair
• Familiar with PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instruction, Setup Instruction
• Good understanding of IATF 16949 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
• Automotive manufacturing experience will be an added advantage
• Experience in Kaizen / continuous improvement activities
• Able to prepare technical reports and presentations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Responsibilities

• Manage plastic injection molding processes, including machine setup, troubleshooting, maintenance and process improvement
• Support robot automation systems including setup, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Ensure molded parts meet quality specifications and production requirements
• Monitor process parameters and perform daily process documentation for traceability
• Prepare and maintain PFMEA, Control Plan, Setup Instruction and Work Instruction
• Troubleshoot production issues related to process, product quality and machine failures
• Coordinate with production, quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues
• Perform Kaizen activities to improve productivity, quality and equipment performance
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and a safe, clean working environment

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
