Core Responsibilities

  • Module Design & Learning Delivery: Design and update interactive training modules and learning pathways while acting as a core internal facilitator for onboarding, compliance, and supervisory programmes.

  • Departmental OJT & Digitalisation: Monitor line training quality to ensure a successful OJT process, and review physical content and workflows to transition the assessment and sign-off process into the LMS.

  • Engagement Execution & Communication: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and prepare internal communications.

  • Feedback Coordination & Diversity Support: Coordinate employee surveys, track departmental action plans, and support theme park-wide initiatives to recognize and celebrate our diverse workforce.

  • SOP Governance & Policy Control: Facilitate and lead SOP review sessions with departmental stakeholders to resolve redlines, and administer the document control framework to ensure system compliance.

  • Workflow Mapping & Audit Readiness: Partner with operational teams to map business processes and maintain continuous documentation readiness for all governance and compliance audits.


Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Quality Management, Tourism Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of progressive working experience handling human resource development, training administration, employee engagement, document management, or process mapping.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Detail-orientated and able to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to interact with multi-level stakeholders and support training facilitation.
  • Ability to translate training needs analyses into highly engaging, structured learning modules.
  • Confident public speaking and classroom management skills for delivering training programmes.
  • Support the execution of training and employee engagement activities.
  • A continuous improvement mindset in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Resilience under pressure and flexibility to support both back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
