Able to handle basic accounting. Keeping a thorough record of business transactions and entering data from daily work logs into the company's general ledger. Perform data-entry, documentation, printing & filing duties. Manage customers and suppliers billing. Manage sales and cash reconciliation in ensuring book-keeping is up-to-date. Supporting management and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks. Handling general administrative duties and any other assignments given by Management.

Job Summary • Provide full support and assistance to the Human Resources HOD in organizing and managing the Human Resources Department to meet the requirement of the organization and personnel. • HR Executive is responsible to provide the administrative support services; ie IR & ER, application of new foreign workers & expatriates, work permit renewal, Fomema, immigration matters, farms safety & health, 5s and security etc. • Responsible for new foreign workers application, renewal of foreign workers works permit and foreign workers FOMEMA and Check Out Memo. • Coordinating and organizing Staff welfare / CSR programmed i.e Company events, offsite meeting etc. • Handling workers grievances, IR & ER matters, foreign workers hostel management and matters pertaining to workers’ discipline. • Maintaining harmonize working environment, providing counselling and imposing disciplinary action. • Handling and managing farms safety & health, 5s and security related matters. Carrying out investigation of all safety, near-miss accidents. Job Description: - Perform receiving inspection and data collection of incoming materials on FIFO basic. - To analyze and report the physical and chemical on time in full. - To involve in the implementation and verification of Food Safety/HACCP/GMP/GLP within the company. - Assist in the production Mix Salad for daily routine and reporting - To update Halal Committee on the latest development of Halal industry globally and prepare document/reports for Halal Committee Meeting. - Ensure all the raw materials and production processes meet the standards of halal requirement. - To reply the non-conformance (NC) and ensure the recertification been done in timely manner. - Liaison with QA relevant to Halal operational - Implement and maintain Halal Assurance System (HAS) Management System with JAKIM latest updates - To conduct and involve in internal audit for production and external audit - Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Microbiology or equivalent. - Preferably Malaysian citizen who has a Certificate of Halal Executive who is responsible in halal compliance of the company. - Understand food microbiology, food safety and quality management, GMP and Halal. - Knowledge of handling QA and laboratory equipment, e.g., measuring apparatus, pH/ORP meter, incubator, autoclave, etc. - In-depth knowledge of Malaysia Halal System Management and Quality standards. - Familiarity with Food Safety, GMP, Preventive Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Sanitation Ability to prioritize and manage work effectively - Experienced in DOSH is an added advantage. - Accommodation provided - Candidate must be willing to work in Genting Highland, Pahang
