Full Time Assistant Restaurant Manager (Genting Highland) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Madam Kwan's (Suez Top Ventures ) Pahang - Maukerja

Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage / Restaurant industry.

Minimum Secondary School / SPM / O-Level qualification, or Diploma/Degree in Food & Service Management.

Strong passion for food preparation, service, and creating a great dining experience.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels.

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Greet customers warmly and provide friendly customer service.

Perform opening and closing cashier procedures efficiently.

Operate the cash register and process cash and credit transactions accurately.

Handle customer payments accurately and responsibly.

Be responsible for daily cash collection.

Assist in maintaining and improving the store environment to provide a pleasant customer experience.
