We Are Hiring | Customer Support (Complaint Resolution)

Location: Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Basic Salary: RM2,100
Total Income Up To RM3,500 (Including KPI & Night Shift Allowance)

We are looking for a Customer Support to join our team!

Job Scope:

• Handle customer complaints and enquiries
• Provide solutions and follow up on customer cases
• Ensure customer issues are resolved professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Able to communicate in English
• Good communication & problem-solving skills
• Willing to work rotational shifts
• Able to work 6 days per week (including weekends & public holidays)
