Full Time Operator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Bucher Hydraulics (M) Johor - Maukerja

Assembly & Production

• Assemble hydraulic parts such as valves, cylinders, pumps, fittings, hoses, and manifolds.
• Follow drawings, SOPs, torque specifications, and work orders.
• Operate tools and machines, including crimping machines, torque wrenches, testing benches, and presses.
• Perform basic setup, adjustments, and part changeovers.
• Ensure correct materials and parts are used for every job.

Quality & Inspection

• Inspect parts visually and using calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
• Conduct leak tests and functional testing (if trained).
• Record production data, lot numbers, rejects, and rework.
• Report defects and non‑conformance immediately.

Safety & Housekeeping

• Comply with PPE and machine safety procedures at all times.
• Handle hydraulic oil and chemicals safely.
• Maintain 5S — a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report hazards, near‑misses, and unsafe behaviors.

Productivity & Teamwork

• Achieve daily production targets with minimal downtime.
• Reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, 5S).
• Work closely with the supervisor, QA, and maintenance teams.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
