Full Time QAQC Manager (M-E) Jobs, in Sunway Construction Group Berhad Johor - Maukerja

Job Descriptions

• Develop and implement the MEP Quality Assurance and Quality Control plan for the project.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct inspections and tests on MEP installations.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor and report on the progress and quality of MEP works.
• Ensure that all MEP works are executed in accordance with approved method statements and ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans).
• Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions.
• Lead internal and external audits related to MEP systems.
• Provide training and guidance to site engineers and supervisors on quality standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• .Minimum 5-8 years of experience in MEP QA/QC roles within the construction industry
• .Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and quality standards
• .Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and QA/QC best practices
• .Proficient in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and technical documents
• .Willing to relocate to Johor
