Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ROV Instructor based in Johor Bahru. The ROV Instructor will conduct ROV training sessions, develop training materials, and ensure that courses are delivered effectively to meet industry standards. Responsibilities also include evaluating and assessing trainee performance, maintaining training equipment, and staying updated on the latest ROV technologies and practices to keep the training program relevant. Collaboration with the team to enhance course offerings and meet organizational goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Rov Supervisor
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in ROV operations and maintenance.
• Skills in training delivery, curriculum development, and assessment methods for technical courses.
• Technical expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining ROV systems and equipment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively instruct and engage trainees.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to diverse learning needs.
• Relevant certifications such as IMCA ROV Pilot/Technician or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in field operations, is an advantage.
