Full Time Procurement Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Yat Guan (M) Johor - Maukerja

Responsibility & Duties :

• · Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, production consumables, and spare parts. equipment, and operational supplies.
• · Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner.
• · Obtain quotations, compare prices, and recommend the best value based on quality, cost, and delivery.
• · Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues
• · Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to ensure accuracy and availability.
• · Conduct stock reconciliation, inventory analysis, and reporting.
• · Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies while minimizing stock loss and wastage.
• · Support inventory planning and replenishment activities.
• · Coordinate urgent purchases to support operational requirements.
• · Verify supplier quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices before submission to Finance.
• · Support internal and external audits by ensuring procurement records are complete and up to date.

Requirements :

• Diploma and above
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory planning.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
