Full Time IT RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,900 in UWC Industrial Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Test, deploy, and maintain automation bots.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes.
• Work closely with business users to gather automation requirements.
• Document automation workflows and technical specifications.
• Monitor bot performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure automation complies with IT security and governance standards.
• Provide user training and technical support for RPA solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath is the most common).
• Basic programming knowledge (C#, VB.NET, Python, SQL, or Java).
• Understanding of business process analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
