Full Time Semiconductor Assembly - Test Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Globetronics Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semiconductor assembly and testing equipment.
• Perform machine setup, product changeover and process verification.
• Support production activities to achieve quality, yield and output targets.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and escalate machine or process issues when required.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions and safety procedures.
• Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate production records.
• Support continuous improvement, 5S and lean manufacturing activities.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following processes are encouraged to apply:

• Die Bonder
• Die Attach (DA) & Reconstitution (Recon)
• Curing
• Plasma
• Dispensing
• Wire Bonder
• Die Level Testing
• Wafer Level Testing

Requirements

• SPM, SKM, Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and shift rotation.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Full Time Position located in Bayan Lepas, Penang

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
