Full Time PMO - Programme Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 22,000 in IT Consulting Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall delivery of large-scale enterprise IT programmes from planning through implementation.
• Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting, risk management, and project controls.
• Develop and manage programme plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate multiple project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful programme execution.
• Monitor programme risks, issues, dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage programme changes, resource planning, and project priorities.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and business objectives.
• Support production deployment, transition, and post-implementation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and programme governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT programme or project management, including at least 5 years leading large-scale enterprise programmes.
• PgMP or PMP certification is required.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise digital transformation or system implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience establishing PMO governance, reporting, risk management, and project controls.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive management skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, contracts, and change management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in CRM, Billing, Customer Experience, Utilities, Government, or Telecommunications projects is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's Degree is an added advantage.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month
