We are hiring: Software Engineer (C++)

Are you a C++ developer with a passion for industrial automation and machine vision? We are looking for a Software Engineer to design and build high-performance Windows desktop applications. Join our collaborative team and work directly with cutting-edge industrial hardware!


Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: RM 3,800 – RM 5,500 per month


What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications using C++ and MFC.
  • Build intuitive user interfaces, custom controls, and seamless application workflows.
  • Integrate third-party libraries, SDKs, industrial cameras, and hardware devices.
  • Manage hardware integration using communication interfaces like ADS, TCP/IP, USB, Serial, or Ethernet.
  • Debug, analyze, and resolve software defects, crashes, and performance issues.
  • Support customer deployments and assist in troubleshooting software issues on-site.


Who You Are

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Bring 1–3 years of experience in C++ Windows application development (MFC experience is highly preferred).
  • Possess strong proficiency in Modern C++ (C++11/14/17), STL, memory management, and OOP concepts.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Visual Studio for application development and debugging.
  • Have basic knowledge of Win32 API, Windows message handling, and multithreading.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Bring hands-on experience working in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Exposure to machine vision libraries (HALCON, OpenCV) and image processing concepts.
  • Experience interfacing with industrial cameras, sensors, PLCs, and automation equipment.
  • Knowledge of multithreaded application development and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP Socket Programming, Windows Services, or Crash Dump Analysis.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
