Job Summary

  • Assigned as a customer representative, responsible for working with Fastrain customers to coordinate internal activities that support customer requirements.

  • Monitor project progress within business units and allocate resources to ensure all launch programs meet both company and customer-specific requirements.

  • Support organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

1.0 Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing customer information, sales/order administration, and client relationships.

  • Initiate new projects and manage them from the development/initialization stage through to final production; identify potential crises and develop contingency plans.

  • Advocate for customer needs within Fastrain and represent Fastrain’s needs and interests to the customer. Translate these needs into actions that meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals while creating mutual benefits for the company.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams—including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, costing, finance, and legal—to ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability by establishing clear financial objectives for each customer. Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to proactively manage customer P&L and ensure financial targets are achieved.

  • Coordinate customer visits and participate in customer audits when necessary.

  • Prepare and present quarterly cost and business reviews to the customer.

2.0 Job Requirement

  • Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate account management.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Thorough understanding of the application development lifecycle.

  • Able to work effectively with individuals at all levels.

  • Strong planning, management, and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
