Full Time Interface Engineer (LRT Penang) Jobs, in MTD Group Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

The Interface Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating interfaces between internal teams, contractors, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. The role ensures effective communication, timely resolution of interface issues, and alignment of project requirements, schedules, and deliverables across all parties involved.

• Coordinate project interfaces between contractors, consultants, clients, authorities, utility providers, and internal teams
• Monitor interface activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones
• Facilitate coordination meetings and prepare minutes, action logs, and interface reports
• Identify interface risks, conflicts, and technical issues and coordinate resolution with relevant parties
• Ensure effective communication and information flow among all stakeholders
• Review interface requirements related to design, construction, testing, commissioning, and operations
• Maintain interface registers, tracking systems, and project documentation
• Follow up outstanding issues and ensure timely closure
• Support preparation of reports, presentations, and management updates
• Coordinate submission and approval processes involving multiple stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, contractual requirements, safety, environmental, and quality standards

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or interface management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good understanding of project coordination, documentation, and reporting
• Familiarity with ISO standards and QA/QC procedures
• Experience in stakeholder coordination and interface management is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and work under pressure
