Responsibilities
The Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the company's daily administrative and office operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities. The role involves managing office facilities, coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to various departments. This position is suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of administrative experience, while fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily office administrative operations and ensure a well-organized working environment.
Coordinate office supplies, stationery, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative records, documents, and filing systems.
Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and general office inquiries.
Arrange company accommodation, transportation, meeting rooms, and travel bookings when required.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments on administrative matters.
Prepare reports, letters, purchase requisitions, and other administrative documentation.
Maintain proper record-keeping and perform data entry accurately.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or management.
