Job Description

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, enhancing, and scaling the core features of our fleet management platform. You will be expected to work independently on assigned modules while collaborating with senior engineers, product managers, and AI specialists on system design and architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Build Scalable Systems – Develop, maintain, and enhance full stack applications that power our fleet management platform.
• Own Features End-to-End – Take responsibility for feature development, from requirements analysis and implementation to testing and deployment.
• Improve Architecture – Contribute to system design decisions and help evolve our backend and frontend architecture to improve scalability and performance.
• Integrate Complex Systems – Work with APIs, third-party services, and internal microservices to build seamless solutions.
• Code Quality and Performance Optimisation – Participate in code reviews, maintain clean coding standards, and improve the existing codebase. Write efficient queries and optimise system performance across databases.
• Mentor and Collaborate – Support junior developers and actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions. Work closely with senior developers, product managers, and AI teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with PHP, including Laravel or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of frontend development using React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Strong experience with MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned modules and features.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments.
• Bonus: Experience with C# or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
