Full Time LOGISTICS ADMIN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in PJ Transport Services Johor - Maukerja

We are currently seeking candidates for Logistics Admin to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal drivers or third party transporter on the routes and delivery loads.
• Prepare delivery report and monitor the deliveries.
• Sorting Delivery Order/Invoices from internal and 3rd party transporter for submitting to Account/Purchasing/Marketing
• Respond to marketing on the customer complaint/enquiry
• Excellent file organizing skills with good attendance to work
• Keep track of the truck movement from GPS tracking system
• Do analysis on the GPS tracking system
• Liaise with vendor or 3rd party transporter regarding invoices

Education/ Requirement:

• SPM or above.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work independently and be part of a team, with strong of detail oriented.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skill.
• High communication, good organizational and time management skills.
