Assist in monitoring the operational status of intercom systems and related communication equipment.

2. Monitor system performance and report abnormalities to the appropriate personnel.

3. Identify, log, and escalate system alarms, faults, and service interruptions.

4. Perform basic troubleshooting for intercom system issues under the supervision of senior engineers.

5. Assist in coordinating with field technicians and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.

6. Support preventive maintenance activities and routine system health checks.

7. Record and update incident tickets, maintenance activities, and operational reports accurately.

8. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, maintenance records, and operational procedures.

9. Ensure all assigned tasks are carried out in accordance with company policies, safety requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
