Join Our Team as a Cluster Supervisor (Hospitality)!

We are a growing hospitality group managing multiple hotel properties in George Town, Penang, committed to delivering excellent guest experiences and operational efficiency across all our locations.

We are currently looking for a Cluster Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our hotel portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates who are hands-on, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple properties while maintaining consistent service standards.

What You Will Be Doing :

Multi-Property Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations across multiple hotel properties within George Town
• Ensure smooth operations across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
• Maintain consistent service quality and operational standards across all locations

Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff and supervisors
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower planning across properties
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams and department heads

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction
• Prepare operational trackers, reports, and performance summaries
• Identify gaps and implement improvement plans

Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall facility standards are consistently maintained
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections across all properties
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Budget & Cost Control

• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost efficiency across properties
• Track operational expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need :

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel operations, hospitality, or a related field
• Experience managing multiple locations is an added advantage
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel between properties within George Town

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
