Full Time Business Development Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in CHUAN SENG HIN SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis to identify potential growth areas, new customer segments, emerging opportunities, market trends, competitors, and industry developments within the audio integration industry.
• Identify, develop, and pursue potential sales opportunities and audio system integration projects across various industries through networking events, industry conferences, online platforms, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Develop and implement effective sales and market penetration strategies to achieve revenue targets while promoting the company's audio integration solutions, including the MALIM Solution, to end-clients, consultants, system integrators, and key industry stakeholders.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their requirements, providing tailored audio solutions, and maintaining strong customer and public relations, particularly for the MALIM Masjid Sound System portfolio.
• Manage sales opportunities from lead generation to conversion by actively following up on company-generated leads and supporting the sales team in closing deals successfully.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales, project, technical, and cross-functional teams to prepare competitive quotations, Bills of Quantities (BQ), technical drawings, proposals, and to ensure the successful implementation of audio solutions that meet client expectations and deliver maximum customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and projects by providing regular progress updates, coordinating project communications, and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, project documentation, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts for management review.
• Perform any other duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
• fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Strong knowledge of marketing aspect and communication and presentation skills.
• good presentation skill.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
