Sepenuh Masa CNC Programmer Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,800 in VIC Engineering Sdn. Bhd. Semenyih - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with design and QA teams to maintain component standards and tolerances aligned with NFPA/UL/FM specifications.

2. Interpret technical drawings, 2D blueprints, and 3D models related to sprinkler systems, fire valve assemblies, and related fittings.

3. Conduct test runs and adjust programs to ensure part precision and quality.

4. Troubleshoot machining issues and provide support to CNC machine operators.

5. Ensure all programming complies with safety and industry standards applicable to fire protection equipment.

6. Continuously evaluate and improve machining processes to reduce cycle time and increase productivity.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

2. Certification or formal training in CNC programming and machining operations.

3. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

4. In-depth knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials.

5. Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

8. Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in machining operations.
