• Minimum 3 years and above working experienced.
• Supervise daily site construction and hook-up activities.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedule.
• Monitor manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and material utilization.
• Coordinate site activities to avoid work clashes between civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and process hook-up teams.
• Conduct daily site inspections and progress monitoring
• Attend site coordination meetings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorities.
• Resolve site issues and technical queries.
• Coordinate access, shutdowns, and utility tie-in activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor work progress against project schedule.
• Report delays, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Track manpower and equipment deployment.

This scope is suitable for a Site Supervisor overseeing factory construction, utility systems installation, production equipment hook-up, testing, and commissioning works in industrial manufacturing facilities (semiconductor, electronics, food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, and general manufacturing plants).
