An International PMC hiring for Senior Construction Managers (With Data Centre Construction Experience) to be based in Johor Bahru or Klang Valley. Client is an international PMC involved in multiple data centre construction projects.

Role Summary:

Oversee Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP construction activities of data centre project from construction through commissioning.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale Data Centre or mission-critical projects
• Strong track record managing construction delivery from inception through completion and commissioning
• Experience coordinating and managing main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site management, health & safety, and quality control processes
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and site operations
• Experience overseeing civil, structural, architectural, and MEP construction activities
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Mandatory Data Centre project experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM17,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
