Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Familiarity with maintenance planning, safety standards, and DOSH regulations.

Experience in coordinating maintenance activities with operations teams and external contractors.

Ability to analyze equipment breakdowns and prepare technical reports.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance priorities.

Willing and able to work on shift schedules.

Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities in accordance with PMSC and the annual maintenance program.

Coordinate maintenance activities with the Operations team to minimize equipment downtime.

Monitor equipment performance to ensure compliance with design specifications and operational requirements.

Plan and execute corrective maintenance for equipment breakdowns, operator complaints, and ERT findings.

Coordinate corrective maintenance activities with Operations, ERT, and third-party contractors.

Ensure all equipment is maintained in a safe, reliable, and satisfactory operating condition.

Plan and manage manpower deployment for preventive and corrective maintenance works.

Ensure compliance with safety standards for maintenance personnel and work environments.

Plan and manage the availability of spare parts and consumables required for maintenance activities.

Ensure maintenance tools and equipment are available and in good working condition.

Coordinate machinery bookings and maintenance resources with MOSS.

Ensure maintenance checklists, job sheets, and related documentation are properly completed and submitted.

Monitor and follow up on maintenance records, findings, and corrective action items.

Ensure proper compilation, filing, and safekeeping of maintenance documentation.

Identify and implement approved system and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Maintain housekeeping standards and 5S practices within maintenance areas.

Monitor manpower competency and identify training and development requirements.

Review and improve maintenance checklists, procedures, and work practices.

Assist in crane certification activities with DOSH and the Port Safety Department.

Monitor, review, and analyze equipment accidents and incident reports.

Participate in procurement activities related to maintenance requirements.
