Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
• Experience managing foreign workers and government compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
