Job Summary:We are looking for an organized Purchasing Assistant to support our purchasing department. Your main role will be prepared purchase orders, updating material receive, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on order status.
• Assist to obtaining quotation from supplier during contract and project.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Fulfill material requisition from site and factory.
• Resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, or discrepancies with suppliers.
• Support the Purchasing department with daily administrative tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Possess a SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Purchasing or related fields.
• Experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel for data entry and material tracking.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Responsible, organized and willing to learn.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
