Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience handling full set accounts.
• Proven experience managing monthly closing and routine accounting cycles.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient in SQL Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Skilled in preparing journal entries, bank reconciliations, and standard financial statements.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Responsible and detail-oriented with strong focus on numerical accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Full-set Accounting

• Maintain the full set of accounts, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Execute monthly closing activities and prepare closing schedules to ensure timely, accurate ledgers.

Systems & Reporting

• Use SQL Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel to process transactions, run queries, and produce routine financial reports.
• Prepare standard management reports and support ad hoc analyses to clarify financial trends.

Control & Communication

• Maintain accuracy through reconciliations and basic control checks to minimise errors.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and external parties to resolve discrepancies and support audits.
