Full Time Maintenance Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Talexa Partners Johor - Maukerja

Job Description :

1. Responsible for the inspection, repair, and rework of defective server PCBA products, accurately identifying issues such as high-density BGA soldering defects, component failures, and high-speed signal link problems.

2. Standardize the filling out of repair records, compile repair data, provide feedback on frequently occurring defects, and assist the process department in driving improvements.

3. Responsible for the daily maintenance and calibration of repair tools (hot air guns, precision soldering irons, multimeters, oscilloscopes, BGA rework stations, etc.)

4. Assist in the implementation of repair SOPs, and help the production line with defect analysis and isolation.

5. Strictly follow repair standards to ensure repair quality and eliminate secondary defects.

Requirements :

1. Vocational school diploma or higher, majoring in electronics or a related field

2. More than 3 years of repair experience in server PCBA or other electronic industries, proficient in using precision repair tools, able to understand BOM, schematics, and PCB layout files.

3. Familiar with the characteristics of various server-grade electronic components, able to identify soldering defects within the IPC-A-610 standard.

4. Possess basic English reading and writing skills, strong sense of responsibility, and standardized data recording.

5. Strong hands-on skills, able to adapt to shift work.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
