• To manage, monitor and to follow-up on the overall spectrum of facility maintenance program/matters and production support.
• Handling basic miscellaneous facilities repairs, installing and maintenance.
• Follow weekly work schedules and perform daily tasks according to work allocated.
• Daily routine inspections on building facilities equipment room.
• Perform preventative maintenance according to schedules.
• To monitor and repair chiller system and cooling tower.
• Overseeing and work together with contractors on project inspection and facilities equipment maintenance.
• Repairing machines, equipment, and building facilities based on daily work order received from others department.
• Monthly water and electrical reading records.
• Maintain proper records on all equipment inventories; daily cleaning used equipment and tools and ensure all equipment are keeping in safe and proper store room.
• Perform ad-hoc duties whenever assigned by the Supervisor / Superior.
• To monitor WWTP & DI water system daily performance.
