Full Time NPI Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Kemikon Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Leading the NPI per customer assigned for the smooth transition of the new product from the FAI stage till mass production.
• Able to do think or fabricate new packaging method for the new product,ensure there is no quality issue related to wrong packaging design.
• Cross-functional project execution leadership including but not limited to initial program planning and concept discussion,program execution ,clinical and pilot trials and product field delivery.
• Review customer product specification as to assess the manufacturing capability in house through process FMEA, process flow and control plan prior to the mass production.
• Performs analysis of process related program through design of experiments,data gathering and initiates corrective and preventative actions to eliminate the root source of the problem.
• Must be a team oriented and willing to work with minimum supervision.

Requirement

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in SolidWorks Hand -On (2D/3D)
• Manufacturing process experience in Metal Fabrication.
• At least a diploma in Engineering. Preferably an Engineering degree from University
